By using DearlyMelody, you agree to these terms. Our service helps you create a personalized song from the story and answers you provide.

Creating a song is a one-time purchase (currently $29 USD, plus optional add-ons). After payment we write and produce your song; you receive a preview by email, may request one free revision, then approve the final version. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the right to share personal details about the recipient.

Songs and lyrics are created for your personal, non-commercial gift use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not resell our songs as a product or service.
